Seeking a Venture Fellow for the Summer!
We're looking for a sharp, ambitious college student to join our team as a Venture Fellow this summer. If you're a college student who loves working hands-on in a fast-paced startup and venture capital environment, keep reading.
About the Role
Our Venture Fellow will be an integral part of the Primordial Ventures team, working 30 hours per week in person from our downtown Durham office for 10 weeks over the summer. This is an in-person role, so you'll get real face time with our team and founders across the Primordial ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be Business Development, specifically:
Targeting and prospecting
Email outreach
Data/CRM management
You'll also take on research projects and special assignments, giving you a chance to broaden your skillset. Along the way, you'll get insider exposure to how a venture capital firm operates, how we evaluate startups, and what it takes to grow early-stage companies.
Who We're Looking For
Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior at an accredited college/university
Interested in startups, sales, venture capital, or entrepreneurship
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with independent work and proactive communication
Excited to spend the summer in our office in downtown Durham, NC
