Zinnia Joins Primordial
CEO Lauren Goodell and CTO Marco Dell’Olio
We’re excited to announce our investment in Zinnia, an AI-powered full-cycle sales copilot designed to help account executives close deals faster and smarter. Learn more at getzinnia.com.
Led by Lauren Goodell and Marco Dell’Olio, Zinnia goes beyond CRM tools or call analytics by embedding directly into a sales rep’s daily workflow. The platform cuts research time by up to 90% and provides real-time, personalized briefings, next-best actions, and relationship insights—all in one place.
Lauren brings deep sales expertise from her time as a top-performing AE at Microsoft and Salesforce, while Marco is a repeat founder with engineering experience at companies like SalesLoft and Calendly. Together, they’ve built a strong team that has already shown impressive traction with organic inbound demand, early B2B contracts, and a growing pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
What excites us most is Zinnia’s differentiation in a crowded sales tech market. While many platforms focus on narrow pieces of the workflow—research, call analysis, or forecasting—Zinnia unifies these functions into a true sales copilot, guiding reps from prospecting through close. Their disciplined approach to product development and capital efficiency has already paid off, and they are now scaling into enterprise adoption. We believe Zinnia is well positioned to capture a large opportunity as AI reshapes the way sales teams operate.
From Lauren Goodell, Co-founder and CEO:
“We built Zinnia to make sales more human - giving AEs the tools to focus on relationships instead of busywork. What I love about Primordial is how deeply they lean in with founders. They roll up their sleeves, ask the hard questions, and celebrate the wins right alongside you. With their support, we’re building the future operating system for how sales teams connect and grow. I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.”
We’re thrilled to support Lauren, Marco, and the Zinnia team as they continue building the future of sales technology.
Onward!
