Capwave was founded by Charlotte Ketelaar, a seasoned capital markets expert who’s helped startups raise over $400M through her previous work as an investment banker. After years of watching founders stitch together pitch decks, Notion trackers, and cold emails—with no clear system—she set out to solve the problem herself. The result: a full-stack SaaS platform that powers the entire fundraising workflow with embedded AI agents for pitch feedback, investor matching, CRM management, and more.
