Dustin brings deep experience scaling enterprise platforms, having led technical and product efforts at companies like AmWell and Michaels, while Hearsch brings strong expertise in AI governance and security, with advanced research and patents in the space. Together, they have a clear vision for where AI adoption is heading—and what’s required to make it safe at scale.

We’ve been following the team closely and were impressed by both their speed of execution and early traction. Trinitite has already secured pilots with enterprise customers including a Big 4 and Top 50 Law Firm, validating strong demand from risk-sensitive organizations and positioning the company to convert these into high-value contracts over time.
