Primordial Hosts Spring 2025 Founder Lunch

Recently, we invited our founders to come together again for our Spring Founder Lunch - a quarterly event to bring everyone in the same room at the same time to share ideas and build community among our portfolio’s founders. Building a startup is hard work, and being a founder can be lonely. That’s why we’re intentionally building a community to facilitate connection and support!

This quarter we had a selection of pizza offerings from Pie Pushers pizza in downtown Durham, but stumbled into a fun ice breaker - “What’s your least favorite Christmas movie?” We found out that Paul Greenham of Scale Social AI is not a fan of the old 1960’s claymation “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and that Lucy Kosturko of Social Cascade is not a fan of Ralphie in “A Christmas Story”. Other contested movies that had split reviews of lovers and haters included “The Holiday” and “The Grinch”.

It takes more than capital to help startups succeed. This quarterly event complements our other programs for supporting our founders — including quarterly Investor Meet & Greets and monthly operating meetings to keep them on track.

We are always looking for additional investors to help us accelerate our efforts. You can invest in Primordial and join our community to support early-stage founders based in NC.

(And we’re always looking to invest in more amazing founders.)

Onward!
Jenn, Joe, & Sonali
